1. MagicARpet: Top 8 Finalist Among Over 100 Startups!
We proudly celebrate how the MagicARpet presented by InnovationsMacheriIn stood out among more than 100 startups, securing a spot among the top 8 finalists at AWE 24! This interactive AR experience provides a multi-sensory learning experience with the MagicARpet – a literal carpet that combines digital elements in form of AR-technology with physical carpet, providing users with a one-of-a-kind hands on and multi-themed playful learning experience. Selected for its creativity and impact, MagicARpet was awarded Snap AR Glasses, underscoring its unique value and Amlogy’s role in bringing it to life. This collaboration underscores our shared commitment to achieving new standards in the Education industry, and we look forward to contributing to more milestones ahead with storytelling 2.0.

2. Howard Cube: Winner of the „Best in Show Playground” Auggie Award
We are thrilled that the HowARd Cube, presented by ProHolz Steiermark and supported by Amlogy, won the prestigious “Best in Show Playground Auggie” award. This interactive AR cube, constructed from sustainable materials like wood, paper, or cardboard allows users to explore nature’s hidden worlds by bringing them right into a user’s hands, merging physical and digital elements to create an unforgettable experience. From a squirrel’s den to a woodpecker’s tree, users can hold, rotate, and interact with these virtual experiences in real time. The Auggie Award win highlights Amlogy’s commitment to developing immersive and educational XR experiences that captivate audiences of all ages.

3. DigiLife Science App: Engaging Over 5,000 Attendees with XR Vienna
We were honored to have a sterling showcase of the DigiLife Science App, in collaboration with our partner BOKU University, at the vibrant XR Vienna stand in the main AWE exhibition hall with an audience of over 5,000 attendees! Designed to enhance lab preparation for students at BOKU University, this educational AR app provides a virtual lab environment that maximizes learning efficiency, saving both time and resources while improving the learning and training experience. DigiLife Science App is freely available and used in both educational and professional settings, such as MINT classes, training environments, or for personal learning enabling students to experience life sciences up close. Developed in collaboration with BOKU University and the CASEE network, the app highlights the practical benefits of AR in education and training. The app’s success at AWE demonstrated XR’s potential to transform education, offering attendees a glimpse into the future of hands-on learning.
