The University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna (BOKU), is at the forefront of sustainability and environmental research. Recognizing the need for a seamless digital collaboration platform, BOKU aimed to create virtual hubs where researchers, students, and industry professionals could connect, exchange ideas, and collaborate on projects in an immersive digital space.

The BOKU Hubs project introduces a fully interactive, virtual meeting and collaboration platform designed specifically for scientific research and education. Powered by cutting-edge WebXR and immersive technology, these virtual hubs replicate real-world networking, presentation, and brainstorming environments, without the need for physical presence.

With customizable spaces, live document sharing, and multi-user interactivity, BOKU Hubs enables users to host research discussions, conduct presentations, and engage in collaborative projects from anywhere in the world. The initiative fosters a borderless research community, bringing sustainability and innovation together in a dynamic digital ecosystem.

To promote Fanta and create an unforgettable brand experience, Coca-Cola sought an interactive, high-energy activation that would captivate audiences in shopping centers across Austria.

Summary

The Fanta VR Rollercoaster Experience took visitors on an adrenaline-pumping virtual ride, immersing them in a colorful, action-packed world inspired by the fun and excitement of Fanta. This high-impact promotional event was designed to engage and entertain thousands of visitors while strengthening brand awareness and creating shareable moments.

Hosted across multiple Austrian shopping centers, this cutting-edge virtual reality experience allowed visitors to strap into a VR headset and embark on a thrilling rollercoaster ride, twisting and turning through vibrant, Fanta-themed landscapes.

The project was executed in collaboration with ARLOOPA, leveraging their expertise in immersive VR experiences and combining it with Amlogy’s strengths in event-based technology integration and interactive engagement strategies.
